Terms and Conditions

- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment, participation, and use of services provided by ចំណេះ CHAMNEH (“the Center”) for both in-person and online courses, including but not limited to foreign language courses (English, Chinese, French, Khmer, etc.), professional courses (IT, Administration, Agriculture, Skills Training, etc.). By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- Enrollment
- Eligibility: To enroll in any course, students must meet the minimum eligibility requirements specified for each course. The Center reserves the right to refuse enrollment for those who do not meet the prerequisites.
- Enrollment Process: Enrollment is completed once the registration form is submitted and the payment is processed. For online classes, students will receive a confirmation email with access details. In-person students will receive confirmation and course location details.
- Age Requirement: Some courses may have an age restriction based on the content. Please check individual course details.
- Fees and Payment
- Course Fees: Course fees are specified on the Center’s website and may vary depending on the course type (foreign language, professional training, etc.). All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of enrollment. Payments can be made via KHQR, COD, Bank Wire.etc.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are available only if the student cancels their enrollment within [insert number of days] of the course start date. After this period, no refunds will be provided. Please refer to our Refund Policy on the website for further details.
- Late Payments: Late payments may result in delayed access to course materials or participation in the course.
- Course Delivery
- In-Person Classes: The Center provides in-person classes at Contact Us. Students are expected to attend on time, participate actively, and adhere to the rules and conduct policies of the Center.
- Online Classes: For online courses, students must have reliable internet access and a device capable of supporting the online learning platform. Access to online course materials will be provided through our online portal. Students should ensure their technical setup meets the minimum requirements to participate.
- Student Responsibilities
- Behavior: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, respect their peers and instructors, and comply with the Center’s rules and regulations.
- Attendance: Regular attendance is critical for course success. Absences may affect your ability to successfully complete the course. In cases of unavoidable absences, students must inform the Center in advance.
- Course Materials: All course materials (including but not limited to handouts, videos, and assignments) are copyrighted and should not be reproduced without the Center’s permission.
- Confidentiality and Privacy
The Center is committed to protecting the privacy of its students. Personal data will be used only for course-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- Certificate of Completion
Upon successful completion of the course and meeting the necessary requirements, students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. This certificate may be used for personal, academic, or professional purposes.
- Limitation of Liability
The Center is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the course of the program. Students are responsible for their own safety while attending both in-person and online courses.
- Course Changes and Cancellations
- Course Modifications: The Center reserves the right to modify or cancel courses, subject to availability and demand. If a course is canceled, students will be notified and offered an alternative course or refund.
- Instructor Substitution: In rare cases, an instructor may need to be replaced. In such cases, the Center will notify students in advance of any changes.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Cambodia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cambodia.
